Great night last night at juniors we did Bowling for the first time the kids loved it and they played some music in the music studio thanks to all the Volunteers who do a fantastic job keeping kids off the streets .

Santas Grotto well done everyone 2021

Christmas Grotto went great we took £300.00 to go towards our flat  roof that needs fixing it keeps Leaking 

 

Christmas Fair Partnership with Lakeside Community CIC and Whitemoss Youth Club and Community Centre.

We had our Christmas Fair on Saturday 12pm till 4pm was amazing turn out by Charlestown Community with working in Partnership with Lakeside CIC they was raising money for a new Defibrillator for the lakeside cafe  Whitemoss Youth club raised £1700.00 and Lakeside raised £1500.00 well done to everyone who Volunteered in the lead up to and on the day you all was amazing .

Britain in Bloom Award 5 in a Row 2021..

We have just been Awarded 5 in a row for outstanding Gardens at the Club for 5 years in a row very proud of everyone involved over them years from Marks and Spencer's Co Op and many others who have helped us continue this the Community has really mucked together to make Charlestown an amazing place to live and work and Volunteer here well done everyone .

Whitemoss Youth Club working in Partnership with  Lakeside Community CIC got loads going on Games Food and Santa's Grotto and Santa himself will be here .

Tickets are now Available for the Christmas Fair Raffle trying to raise money for a Boxing Academy we are planning on Building come into the Youth Club for Tickets or drop in to Marise at the Clough Lake thanks all   the Christmas Fair is on 27.11.2021 between 1pm and 4pm we will also be doing a Christmas Grotto for the Kids to see Santa and get a Present and lots of games going on run by The Lakeside Community CIC AND Marise will be doing

Our Danny Boy helping to set up getting ready for the Luncheon Club Last Year Danny has been helping us for many years since the start of our over 50 s Luncheon Club we do and Danny is always there for my dad they both are 2 peas in a pod they both love each others company hes always helping in our Gardens he wont mind me saying this hes 81 years young and hes a top Man

POLY TUNNEL /TESCO BAGS FUND BIG THANKS

Big Thanks to Tesco Bags fund we was Awarded 1000s pounds to put a Poly Tunnel in to our Sensory Garden we also made some shelves to put stuff on to when we start growing all sorts x

 

Muriel still in Hospital still keeping hope xx from us all Family and Muriel's friends come on Mo

Its been 11 weeks now since Muriel had a mayor stroke shes still in hospital looks like she will not walk again but we keep hope John is hoping to bring her home but we need to adapt the flat so we still keeping hope she's a fighter come on Mo xxx

This is a VHS Video we found from 2004 the year we lost Roy Williams who worked very close with us at the Club this video was his last Appearance before he died RIP Roy we will never forget you our friend well done everybody who helped on the day 

Decorating the Club 2021

We have been working hard to decorate the Youth Club to give it a fresh look we have got rid of alot of rubbish from the Club but we will always keep our History we are very proud of that we painted the office and redone the Sensory Room we have made a new Arts and Craft Corner so the kids can express themselves we are hoping to open for the juniors at the end of March 2021 so we look forward to seeing you all again .
