SUMMER PLAY SCHEME 2014

We will be doing a Play Scheme this Summer for 2 Weeks all the Dates are within the poster Grumpy are Running the Sessions and they already run our After School Club every Tuesday at 3.30 pm till 5.30 pm and the kids love it so look Forward to seeing you there many Thanks . also a few pics from play scheme we had a great 2 weeks we had 50 kids in each day this was our best play scheme that we have done it shows you there is a need out there in the charlestown area so we would like to say a big thanks to all who volunteered and made it great 2 weeks .

SPRING INTO SUMMER EVENT AT WHITEMOSS YOUTH CLUB

Friendly Event going on Wednesday the 23rd of July Working with Different Organizations to Promote what good work goes on in the Charlestown Area all details are on the Poster many Thanks . this event was a big success over 100 people turned up and made this a great event everyone had a great time a big thanks to all who came and helped out .

CO/OP ACCOUNTANTS HELPING IN OUR COMMUNITY 2014

Big thanks to the Co/op Accountants in Manchester that gave up a day to help with our Charlestown in Bloom  2014 .They sent 30 Volunteers who worked on our Sensory Garden and the front of the of the club plus doing a lot of work in our Allotments . There was a group that went over to Whitemoss Shops and they filled 30 bags up it was a great job by all from the co/op big thanks to them plus they all put there hands in there pockets to buy a new lino in our sensory room which looks Fantastic . this shows a big business working well in a local community the judges for the Charlestown in Bloom came last week and was really impressed with all hard work we all have done well hear in October what our result is .We got outstanding garden last year so heres our fingers crossed . 

R.H.S JUDGES 2014 VISITING OUR SENSORY GARDEN/ALLOTMENTS.

Had the R.H.S Judges around today looking at our Sensory Garden/Allotments we have worked really hard to get the garden looking nice. We would like to say a big thanks to The Co.op Accountants from Manchester Branch who came with 30 volunteers on one day to help do our garden up plus, Our Lady's High school who made up Hanging baskets for the garden, and with the P.C.S.Os in our Area who came to give there time up to help too and to thank all of our volunteers and the Charlestown Community who was great too with all there help.Thanks to Manchester Creative & Media Academy who designed our Charlestown in Bloom Booklet 2014.We got outstanding garden award 2013.
