Dick Whittington Panto at Whitemoss Youth Club.

 This was our Panto this is the 3rd one we have had which Chaplin's have done a great job over the 3 years. This year s Panto was Dick Whittington we had 130 kids and adults who came they all had a great time, id like to say Big Thank you to Northwards Housing and Charlestown Tenants for sponsoring our Panto. Plus a Big Thanks to all our Volunteers who helped out in Setting up everything on the day well done to Chaplin's Golds Panto 2012

The Be Proud Awards 30th/11/2012. on a Friday night we went to the town hall in Manchester John Biggs was Nominated for The Volunteer of the year three of us nominated him Clair Lyons /Lee Mather /Johnny Biggs Nominated him for all his work for the Whitemoss Youth Club 40 years of such hard work in fighting for money to keep the Youth Club Running and keeping Kids/Youths off the streets over the years also being involved in Charlestown in Bloom since 2005 at the Youth Club plus doing the Manchester Parade for last three years Well done John Biggs Winner of The Volunteer of the Year 2012 Be Proud Awards

Whitemoss Youth Clubs Big Sports Day Fun day Celebrating our Multi Games Area. From Changing Spaces who we got funding from 50,000 pounds for an amazing games area at the back of the youth club which is providing lots more room for Kids and Teens to keep them off the streets. Thanks to all young volunteers who helped today and to all the volunteer staff who give up there time to this Fun Day. Id like to say a big Thanks to Crocodile JOE  who was amazing with his animals everyone loved it thanks Joe.

HALLOWEEN PARTY 2013

Whitemoss Youth Clubs Halloween party it was a great night all the kids dressed up in fancy dress over 40 kids in had games bobbing apples musicale chairs. Had a big buffet that the kids loved thanks to all the youth helpers who helped on the night and all the volunteer who helped to make it great night

WHITEMOSS YOUTH CLUB JUBILEE

This was our Jubilee party at the club, this was a generational event to Celebrate the Queen,s 60 years it was great day great see grandads/dads/mums/kids. All started when we played bingo followed with some music then big roast dinner with the choice of roast beef/lamb/gammon with all the trimmings. We both worked with Chatter Box who cooked all the food and we set everything up thanks to the Charlestown pub for setting up the disco. Me and jenny did the coffee bar i washed up everyone mucked in Big thank you to Northwards Housing who funded this event.

MULTI GAMES AREA, 2012

Great success today on 5th of May 2012, After 25 years of hard work from John Biggs 4 time lucky filling funding application form to the Big lottery Funding Changing Spaces. Whitemoss Youth Club was successful of 50,000 Pound for a (MUGA) Multi Games Area. Took 3 weeks to Finish it Big thanks to Crudens and Byrne Surfacing who did the Project and did great job. Also Big Thanks to Heath Cole/Rob shipway who done great deal work for my dad get us this Funding. This Games Area will enable us to Accept more kids and youths as members so keeping more youths off the streets this is for Whole Community thanks to all Volunteers who helped on the open day The Lord Mayor /Councilers who Opened it with John Biggs

VOLUNTEERS FROM TRAFFORD YOUTH CLUB

this is a blog last night we had some great volunteers from trafford which Andy hammel sorted it was great the kids loved it they did things in the studio making beats and music/plus origami making shapes/model making making animation /plus kids were interviewing for the radio which will be on unity radio
