Great night at our Juniors Christmas Party with 45 kids in party games Football Hockey and a Buffet Big thanks to all the Parents who donated Food and drink .Big thanks to all our Volunteers who did a great job well done everyone.  

Great Christmas Meal Yesterday at the Charlestown Pub The pub landlord Carl and Marie and the Volunteers that helped Serve it Big thank to Laura/Louise/Hanna/Danny who did a great job .Plus Pure Inactivation who helped out as well . We had 40 over 50,s in for a 4 course meal and Lots of Raffle Prizes . 2 Games of Bingo afterwards its great to get over 50,s out of there Houses stopping Social isolation .Well done everyone .

Had the After School Club Christmas Party this Afternoon really busy Kids Loved it lots of games and Raffle Prizes for the kids and we had a Buffet .Thanks to all the Parents who Donated food for it Big thanks to all the Staff who did a great job working together to make a great party . 

Great work by the lads from Rathbones they all did a Litter pick on the Whitewalk and Belthorne Avenue with Andy there Teacher big thanks to all of them .

Big Thanks to all our Volunteers who make it Possible to run our Luncheon Club each week.  Getting over 50s People out of there houses and stopping social Isolation getting 30 People out of there House's. I wish Government would Fund things like this if they cared about Older people who gave us the Freedom that we have today . 

Great Halloween Party 2015 over 40 People Turned up we did a Buffet and had lots of games and it was a Fancy Dress too well done to all kids and Volunteers who dressed up and we had a Coloring in Competition Big Thanks to all our Junior Volunteers who did a great Job .

free Sessions at F.C United in the Half Term Holidays for all ages times and dates are on the Poster its for all ages  Thanks.

Just a snip of what goes on at Whitemoss Youth Club with both Young and Older People a Big Thanks to all the Volunteers who Help at the Youth Club .

Fc United are running sessions for 13/18 Young Ladies  at Whitemoss Youth Club every Wednesday Night Details on the Poster come along and Spread the word Thanks see you there. age has been lowered to 13 years old.

 

Great work Yesterday by Marks and Spencers and Business in the Community sending 30 Volunteers to do our Sensory Garden and Allotments with new Plants Painting Planters and putting up Screening for the Fence .also Painting the Coffee bar and tidying it all plus big Thanks to our Volunteers from the club who helped and big Shout to Pat our Local P.C.S.O who did a great job and Raberta from Rathbone who did a great job too Big Thanks to You all without People like you we would find it very hard to keep on top of the Garden and inside too .

Going to be Free Health Checks for 40 to 74 Years if you want to come along be great or spread the word if you now anyone times are on the Poster Thanks .

In the Middleton Guardian this week the great work done by The National  Citizen Service sending 20 Young Volunteers over the last 2 weeks to work in our Sensory Garden and the outside of the Youth Club working with our own Volunteers  so a well done to everyone involved .

Another great set of Young People in doing our Sensory Garden and the outside of the Youth Club Trimming Trees down and cutting grass well done to everyone from National Citizen Service who all did a great job.

Great night Bingo Night 40 kids in great Prizes big thanks to Key 103 for there Donations kids loved them

Great Work again from the National Citizen Servies 10 Young People Volunteering to do work on our Sensory Garden and Allotments and making a Bird Table and Bird Boxes.Plus Volunteers from the Youth Club all working together making the Garden look great again Big Thanks to all for there help on the day.

Picture from the 60's and now, first picture is of John Biggs getting the keys and being made Leader in charge at the young age of 21 and hes still running the club at the age of 67  The Second picture is of John Biggs and Bobby Charlton in 1966 raising money for the Boys Clubs at the Vasa Club in Blackley. They both met each other  years later at the Queens Jubilee at the Town hall  in Manchester in 2012 which was a very proud moment for John. The Youth Club's still going strong and Serving the Community .
